Whimsical Arizona Wedding

Something I love about weddings is just how unique they are to each couple. Austin and Taylor had the most unique whimsical Arizona wedding at the beautiful Rustique Acres! From the soft touches of their favorite books, to the viking style traditions they had. These two incorporated so much unique aspects into their wedding day, and I am SO excited to share it all with you.

These two met in college with Taylor’s brother and Austin being friends. Little did they know a love would blossom. I learned all about it during their engagement session at the cutest coffee shop in Phoenix called Cafe Mollie. They brought hints of their love story to their engagement session, which then carried into their wedding. These two love reading, so a lot of their decor came from books they loved. Taylor is also a very big Gilmore Girls fan (I mean, who isn’t?!), so there were touches of that as well. With Austin coming from a jewish background, they did the tradition of the breaking of the glass after they said their vows and exchanged rings. They also did a hand tying ceremony, which made this whimsical Arizona wedding even more special!

I have known Taylor since high school, and I cheered with her best friend Heather so being able to capture her wedding day was so special to me. It’s always such a comforting feeling to see people you grew up with achieving so much in their adult lives. I could not be more excited for these two to embark on their next adventure of married life. So cheers to the new Mr. and Mrs. Meckler. May this chapter be the best one in your book!
