Fall Desert Barn Wedding in Scottsdale

When the fall meets the desert, it truly can be something so magical, even more so when it’s a beautiful barn wedding in Scottsdale. Vee and Chris had the most elegant, fall inspired wedding at Desert Foothills Events. From their engagement session in Downtown Phoenix, to their stunning wedding in Scottsdale, these two have truly made my life light up. They are the sweetest, most genuine, and down to earth individuals and couple. They’re also big Formula 1 fans, like me! They’ve become more than just one of my couples. They have become amazing friends. I look forward to race Sundays so I can hear their thoughts on our favorite drivers and all the craziness that comes along with the sport. These two even surprised me with having the Formula 1 theme song played as they were walking down the aisle!

I could write about these two all day long. Everything about them is truly so unique and special. From their love story, to their life. When they told me they were having their beautiful fall desert barn wedding in Scottsdale at Desert Foothills Events, I was like YES PLEASE! I’ve photographed so many beautiful memories for them along this chapter of their lives and I am truly so grateful for it. Their sweet puppy Beau passed not too long before their wedding. Chris surprised Vee with some final photos with him. I then surprised her by editing him into one of their wedding photos. We all knew he was there in spirit. They sprinkled some beautiful momentos of him throughout their wedding; from Chris’ cuff links, to their drink menu, and even napkins with his cute face on it.

These two truly are so amazing and I am so glad they found me. We’ve built a beautiful bond over so much. Life. Formula One. Yummy places to eat in downtown Phoenix since these two are big foodies. No one will ever replace them in my life, and as they continue on in their beautiful chapter of marriage, I hope we stay in touch and I get to capture them for a lifetime. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Lucka! I love you two so much!
