Cloudy skies. No rain. I don’t know if I could have asked for a better day to have a cloudy Phoenix hilltop wedding at the beautiful Dream City Church for Kennedy and Jareds special day. With the soaring heat wave we had at the beginning of September, we were worried about how hot it would be on their wedding day. God had other plans, and made sure that this day was absolutely perfect for these two very special individuals.
With God on their side, holding their hand and guiding them through this chapter in their lives, into marriage there was no better way for them to seal their commitment to each other than at their home church. Kennedys dad did part of their ceremony officiating, and to say there were many tear filled eyes during their cloudy Phoenix hilltop wedding, would be an understatement. This was his first little girl to give away. Much different than his sons wedding. He shared communion with them as a part of their marriage ceremony, and he was the one who got to not only give his daughter away, but pronounce her as Mrs. Esquibel. What a special moment for all.
To say these two had one of the most beautiful ceremonies and weddings would be the absolute truth. From the stunning views atop their church, to the beautiful architecture, and a Christ filled day, nothing will stop these two from living a beautiful, God-centered marriage and life together. I am so excited to see the mountains they climb together as they embark on this new chapter in their lives as husband and wife. So, help me by sending them the biggest congratulations on becoming Mr. and Mrs. Esquibel!
