As an Arizona wedding photographer, I get to photograph at the most stunning venues throughout Phoenix and Scottsdale. I decided to compile a list of my top 5 Arizona Wedding Venues that I think all engaged couples should look at if they are wanting top tier service and a way to wow their guests. The experiences I have had at each of these Scottsdale wedding venues is top notch. Now, lets break down each venue and what they all have to offer.
These top 5 Arizona wedding venues consist of: El Chorro, Mountain Shadows, Royal Palms, Silverleaf Country Club, and Paradise Valley Country Club. They each have their own unique characteristics, but all offer top tier service and guest experience. I truly have nothing but amazing things to say about each venue, and I hope as an engaged couple you take my advice as a Scottsdale wedding photographer who knows and adores each of them. First off, lets start with El Chorro.
El Chorro – Scottsdale Wedding Venue
El Chorro blends a unique vibe of modern with romantic twists. The views overlooking Scottsdales finest mountain ranges truly are some of the best. As a Scottsdale wedding photographer, one thing I look for the most in an excellent wedding venue is lighting. El Chorro weddings have exactly that. The lighting is always top tier, with the most stunning sunsets you could imagine. The beautifully manicured lawn and trees are truly what make it stunning. Not to mention the food is absolutely AMAZING. Even if you are not getting married at El Chorro, I highly recommend just visiting their restaurant alone.
Mountain Shadows – Scottsdale Wedding Venue
As a Scottsdale wedding photographer, Mountain Shadows is probably my absolute favorite to photograph at. The beautiful architecture, along with the mountains at the base of the ceremony on the lawn is superb. The staff is the best of the best. They are always so kind, inviting, and helpful. Not to mention, they are pet friendly! Who doesn’t love having their furry family member with them on their wedding weekend close by? With the most iconic sunsets, your guests will LOVE dinner on the terrace that overlooks the golf course and mountains. Mountain Shadows is truly incredible.
Royal Palms – Scottsdale Wedding Venue
Royal Palms is another big favorite of mine. There is not a single spot in the venue that I do not love. From Spanish architecture, a beautiful infinity fountain for cocktail hours, and THREE different ceremony sites. You truly cannot go wrong here at Royal Palms. The staff is always amazing to work with. They treat their couples with the most grace and compassion. The guest experience from start to finish is of absolute excellence. I truly love the Antigua Garden for ceremonies. With the giant trees, and the soft lighting, it is my absolute favorite as an Arizona wedding photographer!
Silverleaf Country Club – Scottsdale Wedding Venue
Silverleaf Country Club is out of this world. With the stone buildings and staircases to make you feel like you are being transported to Italy. Nothing beats this unforgettable Scottsdale wedding venue. Although the views and overall property is stunning, you do either have to be a member or have a sponsor to hold your wedding at this venue. With that being said, it is absolutely worth it. The experience your guests receive from the moment they arrive on site is top tier excellence.
Paradise Valley Country Club – Paradise Valley Wedding Venue
With stunning views of Camelback Mountain, Paradise Valley Country Club is an absolute favorite of mine to photograph at. There are photo spot opportunities at every corner. Once the sun sets, the beautiful colors that form on the mountains is truly incredible. The service you receive as a newly married couple, along with your guests is truly remarkable.
