Timeless Royal Palms Wedding

The most elevated yet simple and timeless Royal Palms wedding was this fall in Scottsdale with Ellen and RJ. These two went the most joyful route of spending their wedding day. Just enjoying their friends and family. No bridal party. Nothing overall fancy, just pure enjoyment with the ones they loved. These two were some of the most easy going, fun loving and genuine couples I’ve had the honor of working with. From their Flagstaff forest engagement session, to their wedding day at the stunning Royal Palms in Scottsdale, I loved being a part of their big day.

From their first look, to then their portraits and then their ceremony. These two were so full of joy and radiating laughter that it just made it feel as though I was photographing friends all day. They were so calm through all of the nerves, tears, and pure joy. As a Scottsdale wedding photographer, who has shot hundreds of weddings, I would say this was one of my favorite ones to date. Ellen and RJ truly just wanted to celebrate their love with their friends and family. No expectations from their guests but to just enjoy themselves and have fun. Their simple, yet elegant and timeless Royal Palms wedding was set in the Allegra Garden with dinner under the beautiful Arizona night sky. There is not a better way to celebrate love.

I truly enjoyed Ellen and RJ’s Royal Palms wedding day. It was simple, yet fun. Calming and refreshing. No schedule mishaps, and nothing short of a beautiful. I’m so excited to see them embark on this new chapter as Mr. and Mrs. Hendrick!
