Scottsdale Resort Engagement Session

From the moment I started talking to Gracie, I knew her and I were like soul mates. So, when she told me her vision for her Scottsdale Resort engagement session, I was OBSESSED. Getting to know Gracie and Josh during their Scottsdale engagement session was one of the highlights of 2025 in my book. I am beyond excited for their wedding this year at Tubac Resort with Your Jubilee. I know it is going to be truly magical. Especially since Gracie told me she refuses to have white folding chairs because “Brittany wouldn’t approve.” Thats how you know you’ve found the RIGHT bride. Now, more about them!

During their Scottsdale Resort engagement session, I got to know their story more in depth. They told me how they met. Their dating life. And then their proposal story. We talked about funny stories, and it truly just felt like I was hanging out with my friends. There is nothing more freeing as a Phoenix wedding photographer, when you just get to be yourself around your couples. You laugh, have fun, and just enjoy being around each other. Thats when the true magic behind the camera starts. With trust. Anything I would ask Gracie she would immediately say “I trust you,” and that to me means so much. The design that Shelby from Your Jubilee is creating for their Tubac wedding this fall is going to be a show stopper.

I can’t wait to get more giggles, smiles, and overall joy from these two on their wedding day. From a lush, green engagement session at the Scottsdale Resort, to the beautiful tuscan vibe of Tubac Resort. No detail will be missed for the future Braaten’s. I can’t wait to celebrate you both!
