The butterflies and nerves that hit you on your wedding day. It’s like your first love all over again. You get weak in the knees. Tears fill your eyes when you think of how much you just love your soon to be husband/wife, your best friend, your person.
After waiting 7 months due to the pandemic, Courts and Paige finally got to stand in front of their friends and family who traveled all the way from Chicago to watch them get married at McCormick Ranch Golf Course. The day was beautiful. The sun was shining but with a light breeze to make the day even more perfect than it already was after the long wait. I don’t often get to see grooms cry at weddings, but seeing Court choke up as his beautiful wife walked to him to say their forever’s, I got teary-eyed myself. These two deserved the absolute best after having to wait for so long to officially be man and wife.
For their husband and wife portraits, we went over to the building next door to get some beautiful floral and white back drops to make their portraits timeless, clean, and beautiful. Paige wore one of the most gorgeous gowns I have ever seen, that was tailored by the amazing Tailored In White. Courts wore a stunning blue suit and had some snazzy blue dress shoes to match; he was getting constant compliments all night on them. To say this wedding gave me all the heart eyes and fuzzy feeling is an absolute understatement. I loved every moment of this wedding and the two who made is so memorable and stunning.
Congratulations a million times over to the new Mr. and Mrs. Courts! To many years of marriage and continually overcoming every obstacle this world puts in front of you. 2020 may not have been the best year for everyone, but you two came out fighting and stronger than ever. You truly inspire me.
