Mountain Shadows Styled Workshop

Filled with stunning views of Camelback Mountain, desert scenery, and nothing but the most luxurious of accommodations. Right in the heart of Scottsdale, you have all you could need in one area. Whether it’s for a stay-cation or a wedding, nothing beats the service and views at Mountain Shadows. Not only did I get to experience this first hand during the Mountain Shadows Styled Workshop hosted by the amazing Ryann Lindsey and Your Jubilee, but created such beauty during the entire two days we were there.
How It Started
It started with a cute golf scene where we got to photograph our real couple, Brittany and Andrew. Decked out in the cutest gear, along with some She Is Cheval shoes, Brittany made sure she showed Andrew who was really the golf master. This was all followed by some education in a very nicely air conditioned room (it was a tad bit hot this July day). We went through the entire checkin process from arrival, to getting ready in their hotel suite, all the way down to stunning portraits during sunset.
Your Jubilee set up the most delicate and beautiful cocktail hour, with a Veuve Clicquot champagne cart and all. Alongside that where many beautiful couples get married on the Mountain Shadows lawn, was a ceremony setup. From the beautiful spring inspired florals, to the stunning mountain views in the back. Nothing beat this Mountain Shadows Styled Workshop.
Last but not least, we got to have dinner with all of the attendees under the stars at the beautiful tablescapes that were setup. After we had eaten, we got to do the afterparty reception where we got to party with the best of the best, Trego The DJ. Dancing. Socializing. It was an absolute dream, since us wedding vendors don’t often get to be a PART of the party during weddings.
The Final Day
Getting up the second morning was a bit of a struggling after a long day in the heat, but it was well worth it with the brunch dates that were setup all around the gorgeous property of Mountain Shadows. I am not sure if there is a bad place to take photos in the entire resort. This experience truly was one in a lifetime and I am so excited I got to be a part of it, and not only share it with some of the most amazing vendors, but being able to create so many friendships along the way.
