From downtown engagement sessions to weddings, the Monroe Street Abbey in Phoenix is one of a kind. From it’s unique architecture to it’s stunning character, it brings something so different to Phoenix wedding venues. As a Phoenix wedding photographer, I absolutely love shooting at the Monroe Street Abbey. There are so many stained glass windows, staircases and corridors to photograph in. You can photograph there a hundred times and get different images every single time. As a wedding photographer, I feel like I create art every time I have the opportunity to photograph there. The Monroe Street Abbey in Phoenix is truly breathtaking. Colorful, unique ceremony and reception setups and designs by the amazing Cedar and Sage, to a beautiful coastal design unlike any other by Satin and Slate which was published in Green Wedding Shoes. This Phoenix venue is truly a blank slate that can take on many designs from simple, to extravagant. Being a Scottsdale wedding photographer, I love to challenge myself at this location. With the different textures and lighting situations here, you can truly create something magical at every turn.

I will forever love this venue. From the moment it first came onto the market as a wedding venue and was redesigned, it has stole the heart of the wedding community. As a Phoenix wedding photographer, this venue is truly SO unique and I think every couple who has an opportunity to get married here, should.
