Even when all feels so perfect on a wedding day, sometimes there’s something special missing. Maybe it’s a friend who couldn’t be there because of work, or maybe it’s a loved one who isn’t able to physically be there. Julie’s mom unfortunately passed away before her wedding this October. There wasn’t a moment that she wasn’t thought about, or even there. Her presence was there. So many could feel her. So many loved on Julie just to make sure she KNEW how much her mom loved her and that she was there in spirit celebrating. And that’s just what everyone did. Celebrate. So much so that Julie dedicated the song to her late mother as a way to get everyone on the dance floor in honor of her. And when I say everyone, I mean EVERYONE. Almost 200 people. I’ve never seen a dance floor so full in my life.
This wedding was everything Julie and Tanner could have dreamt of. It was absolutely perfect with the most amazing people by their side to make sure the day was so special. These two share a love and a bond like no other that I’ve absolutely LOVED watching grow even stronger over the last year that I’ve known them. They are such kind and beautiful humans both separately and even more so together.
I am so excited for them to grow as a couple, as a family, and start this new chapter of their lives together. They’re going to do some amazing things in life. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Carpenter!
