Fall Harry Potter Inspired Wedding

When you’re a big Harry Potter fan, you obviously have the most amazing Fall Harry Potter inspired wedding right?! From the smallest details of their favorite chapter in the Harry Potter series, to a snitch and wand. I was completely obsessed with Alexis and Patricks wedding. It truly described them and their love story.

From two young love birds meeting at work, to newly weds still in their honeymoon stage, Alexis and Patrick share the sweetest love. They laugh at each other, with each other, and for each other. The way they interact with one another is so fun to witness. They then danced the night away at their stunning Harry Potter inspired wedding reception! Alexis’ mom helped create the reception of her dreams by creating table scapes that were almost straight out of the movies. The beautiful dark red and white florals. The candle sticks. The custom signage and thank you gifts. Everything was magically perfect and truly inspired by Harry Potter in so many ways.

Although I didn’t get to photograph an engagement session for these two, it felt as though we had been friends for years when their wedding at Ocotillo Oasis in Mesa, Arizona finally came around. Finally getting to hear all about their love story that has blossomed and grown with them through college and now into adulthood was so beautiful and special to hear about. I’m so excited for them to have their fairytale life since they had the most fairytale wedding. Congratulations again to the new Mr. and Mrs. Cardenas! May your love for adventure and fun continue on with many years of marriage.
