It was a beautiful February day for an El Chorro Scottsdale wedding. Johanna and Chris‘ joy throughout the day and the vibe they exuded was unmatched. From the hugs they shared with their friends, to the tears they shed with each other. Nothing beat how truly present they were on their wedding day. From their details, down to their vows, everything was intentionally thought out and I can’t wait to share more about their day.

From the moment I walked into the getting ready room where Johanna was getting ready at Mountain Shadows, I could feel the calming energy she brought. The sweet time she got to spend with her girls, to opening the gift she received from Chris. The energy surrounding the entire day was beautiful. Chris and Johanna’s El Chorro Scottsdale wedding was one I have truly prayed for over the years. How truly present they were with themselves, but also their guests. That was their main priority; spending time with the ones they loved most. From cocktail hour, to the dance floor later in the evening. They truly just lived in the moment. And that is what wedding days should always be about.

I don’t know if I will ever find a couple who shares such a beautiful love story the way these two do. The way Chris looks at Johanna. Constagious laughs and smiles they share constantly. These two are truly a perfect match for one another and I can not wait to see where this next chapter of marriage takes them. Congratulations to the newest Mr. and Mrs. Clark!
