There is something I love about photographing couples in the heart of the city. The architecture, the movement, and the character. Justine and Carson’s Downtown Phoenix Engagement Session was the perfect mix of romance, personality, and a little bit of fun. As a Phoenix Wedding Photographer, I love when couples choose a location that allows us to create something timeless while still feeling completely like them.

One of my favorite parts of engagement sessions is getting to know my couples beyond their wedding plans. Justine is a professional shooter, and Carson shares that passion with her while also working as a pilot. They even brought along their sweet dog, Shadow. Their Downtown Phoenix Engagement Session was such a fun opportunity to document this season of their lives together. As an Arizona Wedding Photographer, I always encourage couples to incorporate little pieces of their lives that make their story their own.

Justine and Carson will be getting married this spring at Venue at The Grove, and I already cannot wait to celebrate alongside them. Their Downtown Phoenix Engagement Session was just the beginning of documenting such an exciting chapter. From the anticipation of being engaged to the moments they’ll share with their favorite people on their wedding day, there is so much to look forward to. As a Scottsdale Wedding Photographer, getting to build these relationships before the wedding is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
