The modern day couple seems to be skipping the big weddings and doing something smaller, more them, more intimate. That was the case for Ivette and Andrews Downtown Phoenix Elopement. These two got married in Costa Rica but wanted to make sure they could celebrate their nuptials with all of their friends and family who could not make it out for their actual ceremony. Their stunning reception at the MonOrchid was one for the books.
From the cutest food truck, to a live band, and a aerialist who served champagne, there wasn’t much that these two missed. They brought touches of their Costa Rica wedding to their Downtown Phoenix elopement reception with tropical florals and even an album with some of their elopement portraits in them.
Although I didn’t get the traditional time with Ivette and Andrew as I do with my typical wedding couples, I got to know them, their story, and so much more. These two are both amazing dentists in the Phoenix area, check them both out (Ivettes Practice + Andrews Practice), and they live a life of luxury with their constant travels. Being able to follow them and this chapter of their lives on social media has brought me such joy. I love seeing all of the amazing places these two go!
These two danced the night away with their friends and family. Sharing cocktails and laughs, I could not have envisioned a more “them” style party. These two are some of the most humble, kind, and genuine individuals I have ever met and I am so happy I got to be a part of their special day. I truly felt like I was a part of their friends that evening. So a big congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Serrano!
