Spring came alive in the desert at this colorful Royal Palms wedding in Scottsdale, Arizona, where vibrant hues met old world charm. Inspired by the resort’s Spanish architecture and lush gardens, the design team leaned into bold florals and eclectic décor to enhance the natural beauty of the venue. The goal was to complement, not compete with, the terracotta roofs, arched doorways, and sun-soaked courtyards of the iconic Royal Palms. A rich palette of pinks, purples, blues and oranges danced through every detail, from the blooming ceremony arch to the hand-painted tile escort wall.
The standout moment of this colorful Royal Palms wedding was undoubtedly the modern circular ceremony. Guests were seated in-the-round, creating an intimate and immersive experience. All while the bride and groom stood on a raised platform at the center. This layout not only allowed every guest a perfect view but also made the couple feel truly celebrated and surrounded by love. Set against the vibrant spring florals and the romantic backdrop of the Camelback Mountains, this wedding was a perfect fusion of trend-forward design and timeless desert elegance.
The design team on this wedding was timeless, editorial, but still full of personality. The Scottsdale wedding photographer in me was obsessed. With the most stunning tulips and elegant florals to surround the ceremony, and the blooming bouquet of the bride. Nothing beat this stunning Royal Palms wedding in Scottsdale, Arizona.
