Cody + Evelyn | Intimate Fall Inspired Wedding
There’s something so special about being friends when you are younger, going your separate ways in life, and then reconnecting and igniting a love again. From high school friends to now husband and wife. Cody and Evelyn were such a joy to photograph. They both have such fun and outgoing personalities that I just couldn’t stop laughing around them.
Through all the smiles and laughs, there were a few tears as there was someone special that was missing and should have been there, but physically couldn’t. Evelyns mom. She passed away, but I could feel her there in spirit. Evelyn had a special seat saved just for her and I made sure to capture that for her to remember forever. She looks JUST like her beautiful mother who I know was there smiling down on her on her wedding day. She would have been so proud of her little girl.
I can’t wait for these two to start the newest chapter in their lives as husband and wife. The same week they got married, they decided to buy a house, AND get a puppy. Talk about a whirlwind of a weekend! But I couldn’t be more happiest for them and the beautiful life they are building together!
